Accuracy Statement:

A statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
Our Commitment:
- Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice that meets all legal requirements, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt within 24-48 hours
- Promptly investigate the claimed infringement
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within 72 hours
- Notify the user who posted the material about the removal
- Document the notice and our response for legal compliance
Investigation Process:
- We review each notice for completeness and validity
- We may request additional information if the notice is incomplete
- We preserve evidence and maintain records as required by law
- We evaluate whether the use might constitute fair use (though we cannot make legal determinations)
